Many wealthy Roma families have settled around the capital of Moskow.
I stayed for a week with a man who is very engaged with collecting artefacts and writing books about Roma life in Russia, with his dauther being married to one of the most famous Roma dancers.
We were invited to visit two of those Roma palasts in his neighborhood to
have a dinner and a look what it’s like inside…
